Dunnage Air Bags offer a cost-effective means of blocking and bracing compared to alternatives like lumber, nails, or traditional void fillers.

The recommended void sizes are as follows:

For an 8" void, a 24" wide Air Bag is recommended.

For a 12" void, a 36" wide Air Bag is recommended.

For a 14" void, a 48" wide Air Bag is recommended.

Inflation pressure ranges vary by level:

Level 1: Min. 2.5 psi, Max. 8 psi

Level 2: Min. 5 psi, Max. 17 psi

Level 3: Min. 8 psi, Max. 25 psi

Level 4: Min. 10 psi, Max. 30 psi

Level 5: Min. 10 psi, Max. 21 psi

shipments and have been thoroughly tested and verified by the Association of

American Railroads.
